Information for Changes for Delegates/Alternates

Unit/County Chairmen--You MUST contact Debbie Noble for any changes for Delegates. After noon on Friday June20th Call Georgian Court University and ask for the Girls State Office and be sure to have the name of the delegate that will NOT be attending and the name of the alternate takeing her place along with the unit number.

Delegates you need to contact your local sponsor and let her know you will not be able to attend. You must turn in the pre-session booklet so that it will be available to the alternate

The medical form MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR to your arrival at the program
