Delegates you need to contact your local sponsor and let her know you will not be able to attend. You must turn in the pre-session booklet so that it will be available to the alternate |

Alternates that are replacing a delegate and do not have any forms--please click below to download the release form and also t download the pre-session book (BELOW). If at all possible a medical form MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR to your arrival at the program. Also check out the Samsung Scholarship if you are eligible. |
