Information for Delegates and Alternates

Last minute changes

Delegates you need to contact your local sponsor and let her know you will not be able to attend.  You must turn in the pre-session booklet so that it will be available to the alternate

Alternates that are replacing a delegate and do not have any forms--please click below to download the release form and also t download the pre-session book  (BELOW).

A medical form MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR to your arrival at the program. Also check out the Samsung Scholarship if you are eligible.
